Case asking the Court to declare access to the Internet a basic right

In this constitutional petition, we ask the Court to declare access to the Internet a basic right in Kenya. We represent the Law Society of Kenya in this case. Should we succeed in this prayer, the government will have a positive obligation to ensure universal access to the Internet in Kenya.

This case is on appeal at the Court of Appeal.
