Case Challenging Huduma Namba (NIIMS)- Kenya's biometric registration

This is a case challenging the amendment to the law that provided for Huduma Namba. We represent the Law Society of Kenya who challenge the manner in which NIIMS as envisioned in the Act would violate fundamental rights key of which is the right to privacy.
